Dine Out for Autism Speaks

This December, local Delaware Valley restaurants will join forces to make a difference by participating in one of the biggest autism fundraisers in our area – Dine Out for Autism Speaks, a great way for our community to show its support for all who struggle with autism spectrum disorders. Please join us for this year’s event on Thursday, December 1, 2011.

How does Dine Out for Autism Speaks work?
Participating restaurants agree to contribute 20% of the total food revenue for the day.

How can you participate?
If you are a restaurant, see the restaurant sign up page to fill out our agreement form. A staff member will contact you about your participation and to get you materials for the event.

If you are a walk team, ask a local restaurant in your area to participate in the Dine Out for Autism Speaks event.  All of the proceeds brought in from your restaurant benefit your walk team total.  We will host a training session in our Westmont, NJ office to share helpful tips and materials to lead you to success.  From there, all you’ll have to do is invite your network of friends, family, and community members to come join you for a delicious meal supporting Autism Speaks.

Please make sure to have your agreement form filled out and returned before Thursday, November 24 to ensure that your restaurant is included in all publicity and print materials. Please contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you.

What publicity is there for the event?
Dine Out for Autism Speaks will be advertised online - in addition to print advertising, and promotions to local media. Our volunteer ambassadors will be sure to provide added exposure for the participating restaurants, inviting their friends, family and co-workers to join them at their assigned restaurant.
