Lincoln County Medical Center (LCMC) has graciously approved providing a monthly Sibshops program FREE to siblings ages 8-13 that have a sibling with disabilities or special needs. The programs are independent of each other and sibs can attend as many as they would like. Sibshops are scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of the following months from 4-6PM

MU Thompson Center 5th Annual Autism Intervention Conference
This conference aims to educate and provide support for parents and professionals who work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, including educators, psychologists, speech/language pathologists, medical professionals, applied behavior analysts, employment specialists, vocational rehabilitation counselors, service coordinators, and advocates.
The conference strives to provide an atmosphere of hope and upholds a commitment to sharing comprehensive, up-to-date coverage of assessment and intervention strategies supported by research. The conference includes vendor and agency booths, a University of Missouri Thompson Center Meet and Greet, and sessions presented by regionally and nationally-recognized researchers and practitioners in the field of autism. More specific information on session topics and registration will be available at a later date.

4th Annual Baby Kid Expo
The Baby Kid Expo is a FREE day of fun for families in the community that promotes safety, health, activities, learning and shopping! A variety of local businesses and services are in attendance to educate the community on what they have to offer! The day includes entertainment on the main stage, breakout sessions on important topics for parents today, and information from local companies to help make life better! We also host a raffle with all proceeds benefitting the St. Louis Crisis Nursery and MOCHIP will be at the event offering free Child ID Badges.
