Autism Speaks Joins The New Jersey Autism Community In Applauding State Legislature For Passing Autism Insurance Legislation

June 25, 2009 - Autism Speaks today joined New Jersey families and other autism advocacy organizations in applauding the state’s legislature for passing autism insurance reform bill, S. 1651/A. 2238, which requires insurance companies to provide coverage of evidence-based, medically necessary autism therapies. Fundraising Spotlight

Edison United Soccer Association (EUSA), is one of the largest youth soccer organizations in New Jersey with over 3200 youths participating in recreational inter-county league and travel soccer programs. EUSA is known for its generous philanthropy, donating to several charities including Autism Speaks. EUSA President, Douglas Weh presented a $1000 check to Autism Speaks Executive Vice President of Program and Services, Peter Bell, in Dover, Delaware. Thanks to EUSA for your support!
