Walk Now for Autism is the signature grassroots fundraising event for Autism Speaks.  These family focused events not only raise money to fund autism research and treatments, but also provide each community with information about local resources and a venue to celebrate families affected by autism.  Each event promises inclusion, information, and inspiration.  Please join us at one of these upcoming events:

Team captains and individuals who contributed over $1,000 to our 2008 walk are invited, and the Philadelphia walk committee looks forward to celebrating with them. 2009 Walk Now for Autism Lehigh Valley Kick Off

Choose one of two event times (Seating is limited to 200 guests per session.)
10:00 a.m. - 12 noon (Doors open at 9:30 a.m.; Program starts at 10:00 a.m.)
2 p.m. - 4 p.m. (Doors open at 1:30 p.m.; Program starts at 2 p.m.)

3rd Annual Autism Speaks Charity Golf Outing
The 3rd Annual Autism Speaks Charity Golf Outing was held on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the Beechwoods Golf Course in DuBois, PA. Organized by Tim and Angie Schaffer, this year's event raised over $21,000 for Autism Speaks. Many thanks to all of the golfers, volunteers and Corporate Sponsor, Rescar, Inc. for making this year's event another fabulous success.

6th Annual Pittsburgh Autism Speaks Golf Classic
The 6th annual Pittsburgh Golf Classic was held on Monday, August 11, 2008 at the St. Clair County Club. This year's event raised over $116,000 - click on the link above to read the event recap.

2nd Annual Autism Speaks Blue Tie Gala
The 2nd annual Autism Speaks Blue Tie Gala was held on Saturday, October 3, 2008 at the Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe. Organized by Sue Prezioso and Donna Lund, this year's event raised almost $80,000 for Autism Speaks. Sincere thanks to all of the guests, volunteers, sponsors and committee members for making this year's event another success.
