Every day, volunteers from Autism Speaks make people listen.
Whether it's stuffing envelopes at a mailing party, identifying local service providers, staffing a registration table at an event, or chairing a community, volunteers make a difference!
Current Volunteer Needs
- Committee Opportunities
Everyone wants to come out on Walk Day (and we want you to bring all of your family and friends!). Yet, without strong, well functioning committees Autism Speaks in Rhode Island could not sustain its year round autism awareness, fundraising, advocacy and community building efforts.
- Walk Now for Autism Brochure Distribution
Help get the word out about our community event on Date. Pick up brochures and drop them off at distribution sites in your neighborhood.
- Office Help
We can often use help with making reminder phone calls to our registered and not yet registered walkers. Call or email us to pick a time that works for your schedule.
