This four part Crisis Management training will cover:
Crisis Prevention: The best way to handle a crisis situation is to prevent it BEFORE it happens! Learn a wide range of nonphysical and verbal strategies for the prevention of crisis situations.
Crisis De-escalation: Learn strategies for verbally de-escalating disruptive and aggressive behaviors. Participants will be taught to quickly and safely stabilize an escalating situation
before it becomes necessary to physically intervene.
Crisis Intervention: Learn personal safety skills to keep yourself and other safe when a crisis situation occurs.
Post Crisis Intervention: Gain the skills necessary to effectively interact following a crisis and identify how to improve future interaction to prevent and manage future crises.
