Autism Awareness Day for Families with the Northwestern Women’s Basketball Team
Join the Northwestern women’s basketball team for the first-ever autism awareness family day. The team invites families from the autism community to come out for this family event as the team takes on Purdue. Special activities, including face-painting and caricature artists, along with a half-time performance by the Jesse White Tumblers, will offer fun for the whole family. A section will be reserved for families from the autism community, and quiet rooms will be made available.
To order tickets, please contact Ryan Chenault at 847-491-7327 or e-mail r-chenault@northwestern.edu.

You may remember the team and the team’s coach, Joe McKeown from this year’s Walk at Soldier Field. Coach McKeown is the father of a 15 year-old boy with autism and he invites you to enjoy the game with your family. It’s going to be a great day—we hope to see you there! |
